Bipedal Rig

This is my first bipedal Rig I did. It contains the usual functions like:
- arm/leg ikFK switch
- stretchy spline
- ikFk spine setup
- Foot setup including automated foot roll
- no flip knee
- global scale and translate
- finger controls
